&#60;p&#62;How do you get an image, with exact dimensions, that is not the center of the image? Ie, zoomed out.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;For example. I have a 800x600 picture that i need to be 200x150, i can crop it to exact dimensions using resize or adaptive resize but the image is always just the center of the original, not zoomed out like other crops&#60;/p&#62;
